History: Old Stone Properties was opened in January of 1998 and doubled its office space the following year to accommodate additional agents. Owner Marcia Culhane has been selling Real Estate since 1985, is a resident of Sterling and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. She was the recipient of the Realtor’s Choice Award of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors in 2003. The office moved from its West Boylston location to Chace Hill Rd. in Sterling in December of 2008. Additional associates are Dave Bottcher and Russell Parker of Holden, and Christine Kush of Sterling

Independence: : Old Stone Properties is a local, independently operated firm that is not limited by franchise regulation. As such, we are able to provide services individually tailored to the needs of our buyers and sellers.

Buyer and Seller Representation: Our agents are able to offer full representation to both buyers and sellers. One of the office owners holds the Accredited Buyers representative (ABR) designation and has had extensive training and experience in representing buyers.

Full Service: Our mission is to provide the highest standard of service to our buyers and sellers. As a seller you will have the assurance that your listing agent bears full responsibility to you -- from the showing of your property, negotiating price and terms right through to the closing. We will not simply open your home to agents who may be unfamiliar with the particular assets of your property. As a buyer you may be assured that we will exhaust all efforts to find you the property that best meets your needs. We will remain part of the transaction from the offer through the closing.
